The parallel winding of warp yarns from each winding package (cone) into a common package (warp beam).
After warping we move to the sizing unit where warp threads are given a protective layer in order to minimize thread breakage. Sizing is the most important task in preparing warp threads, especially cotton threads for weaving.
Once the warping process gets over, the fabric moves over to the weaving unit. Weaving is a craft that has been around for thousands of years. Threads and yarns made from natural or synthetic fibres are used to create fabrics. We have a weaving unit with all the dobby & jacquard mechanisms to offer our customers in various qualities.
After the completion of weaving work, now washing of fabrics takes place. Washing helps remove impurities from the surface of fibres, threads, and fabrics & also improves the hand feel of the fabrics. We use good quality detergents that does not make any damage to the fabrics.
Quality control is a set of procedures designed to ensure that our fabrics meet the needs and specifications of the customers requirements. Once the quality checking gets over the fabric is sent to the packing department where we carefully pack all the fabrics with great care and finally shipping process takes place.
